We feel you β€” delays are the worst. Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the postal system’s world. But don’t worry, it’s on its way and making its fashionably late entrance.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking link so you can keep tabs on it every step of the way!

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we might be able to catch it in time! That said, cancellations are processed as store credit only. Even if you message us right away, our team may not get to it in time (they’re fast, but emails can take 24–48 hours to get through).

Once your order is in motion, we can’t make any changes β€” it’s already on the move! That includes address changes, shipping options, or payment tweaks. So double-check before hitting that β€œPlace Order” button.

Hmm… check your spam or junk folder first! Still no luck? It’s possible we’ve got a typo in your email. Just reach out to us at support@shopbttr.com the full name you used on the order, and we’ll help you out.

Shipping & Delivery

Our typical order processing time is 1-2 business days (that’s Monday through Friday). Our warehouse team takes the weekends off to recharge, so orders placed then will start processing the next business day. All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

If we’re swimming in orders (yay!), it might take a little longer β€” but don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop. If there’s a major delay, you’ll hear from us via email.

Returns policy

Got second thoughts? No problemβ€”we accept returns (NO EXCHANGES), but timing is everything!

Here’s how it works:

To start a return, simply log in to your Shop Pay account and select the order you’d like to return. From there, you can submit a return request directly. Please make sure to request the return before sending anything back. If a package is shipped without an approval request, we won't be able to accept it (and we’d really hate for that to happen 😒).Β 

You’ve got 21 days from the delivery date to get your return moving. That means your return package must be scanned by the carrier within that 21-day window.

Now let’s talk about the must-follows:

βœ”οΈ Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

βœ”οΈKeep everything in its original packagingβ€”yes, that cute little polymailer.

βœ”οΈItems should be free from makeup, deodorant, or other surprise stains (you’d want the same, right?).

❌SALE ITEMS = FINAL SALE. That includes anything marked β€œFinal Sale,” or purchased using any discount code.

βœ”οΈProof of Delivery- we rely on the carrier’s proof of deliveryβ€”yep, that tracking info is our crystal ball. If the carrier says your package was delivered and provides proof, we consider the order successfully delivered and marked complete on our end.

βœ”οΈWrong Address- Returned to sender - Entered the wrong address and it got delivered elsewhere? Β Unfortunately, once it’s marked β€œdelivered,” we can’t track it down, refund it, or replace it. If you’d like to reorder, we’d love to helpβ€”just note that item availability may vary and shipping costs will be on you.

βœ”οΈWrong Address-Delivered - If your order bounces back to us, no worriesβ€”we’ll send you a re-shipping invoice so we can try again (correct address this time, please! πŸ˜‰).

βœ”οΈUnclaimed Packages - If your package is returned because it was unclaimed, reshipping fees will apply. Gotta show those boxes some love! πŸ’•

Remember: If it’s past the 21-day mark and not scanned by then, the return will not be acceptedβ€”no exceptions, fashion friend!

We want you to love everything you get from usβ€”but some items are just too special (or too close for comfort) to come back once they leave.

Here’s a quick list of items that are non-returnable.

  • 🚫 Used, worn, or tampered-with items – If it’s been taken for a spin or altered in any way, it’s yours to keep.
  • πŸ› οΈ Items damaged from misuse or malfunction-related accidents-Handle with care, friends!
  • 🧺 Items sold as sets– These come as a package deal, so we can’t accept just part of it back.
  • πŸ•ΆοΈ All accessories- Stylish and non-returnable.
  • πŸ”₯ Sale items -That includes anything marked β€œFinal Sale,” or purchased using any discount code.

If you're sending something back for a refund, a $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total.

Refunds will head back to your original payment method, and depending on your bank and their mood πŸ˜…, it might take up from 5-10 business days to show up in your account.
