We feel you β delays are the worst. Once your package leaves our hands, itβs in the postal systemβs world. But donβt worry, itβs on its way and making its fashionably late entrance.
As soon as your order ships, weβll send you an email with your tracking link so you can keep tabs on it every step of the way!
If your order hasnβt been processed yet, we might be able to catch it in time! That said, cancellations are processed as store credit only. Even if you message us right away, our team may not get to it in time (theyβre fast, but emails can take 24β48 hours to get through).
Once your order is in motion, we canβt make any changes β itβs already on the move! That includes address changes, shipping options, or payment tweaks. So double-check before hitting that βPlace Orderβ button.
Hmmβ¦ check your spam or junk folder first! Still no luck? Itβs possible weβve got a typo in your email. Just reach out to us at support@shopbttr.com the full name you used on the order, and weβll help you out.
Shipping & Delivery
Our typical order processing time is 1-2 business days (thatβs Monday through Friday). Our warehouse team takes the weekends off to recharge, so orders placed then will start processing the next business day. All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
If weβre swimming in orders (yay!), it might take a little longer β but donβt worry, weβll keep you in the loop. If thereβs a major delay, youβll hear from us via email.

Returns policy
Got second thoughts? No problemβwe accept returns (NO EXCHANGES), but timing is everything!
Hereβs how it works:
To start a return, simply log in to your Shop Pay account and select the order youβd like to return. From there, you can submit a return request directly. Please make sure to request the return before sending anything back. If a package is shipped without an approval request, we won't be able to accept it (and weβd really hate for that to happen π’).Β
Youβve got 21 days from the delivery date to get your return moving. That means your return package must be scanned by the carrier within that 21-day window.
Now letβs talk about the must-follows:
βοΈ Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
βοΈKeep everything in its original packagingβyes, that cute little polymailer.
βοΈItems should be free from makeup, deodorant, or other surprise stains (youβd want the same, right?).
βSALE ITEMS = FINAL SALE. That includes anything marked βFinal Sale,β or purchased using any discount code.
βοΈProof of Delivery- we rely on the carrierβs proof of deliveryβyep, that tracking info is our crystal ball. If the carrier says your package was delivered and provides proof, we consider the order successfully delivered and marked complete on our end.
βοΈWrong Address- Returned to sender - Entered the wrong address and it got delivered elsewhere? Β Unfortunately, once itβs marked βdelivered,β we canβt track it down, refund it, or replace it. If youβd like to reorder, weβd love to helpβjust note that item availability may vary and shipping costs will be on you.
βοΈWrong Address-Delivered - If your order bounces back to us, no worriesβweβll send you a re-shipping invoice so we can try again (correct address this time, please! π).
βοΈUnclaimed Packages - If your package is returned because it was unclaimed, reshipping fees will apply. Gotta show those boxes some love! π
Remember: If itβs past the 21-day mark and not scanned by then, the return will not be acceptedβno exceptions, fashion friend!
We want you to love everything you get from usβbut some items are just too special (or too close for comfort) to come back once they leave.

If you're sending something back for a refund, a $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total.
Refunds will head back to your original payment method, and depending on your bank and their mood π , it might take up from 5-10 business days to show up in your account.
