RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in our Shop Pay portal. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.
To initiate a return, a return request must be submitted and approved before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 21 days of the delivery date. The return package must be scanned by the carrier within this 21-day period.
Packages not scanned within this timeframe will be returned to the sender and will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags attached.
- Original packaging included.
- Free from makeup, deodorant, or other stains.
Final Sale items, including any items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, worn, or altered products.
- Items damaged by misuse or accidents.
- Items sold as sets (partial returns not accepted).
- Accessories.
- Final Sale items

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, a $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Delivery Issues

Proof of Delivery
We rely on the carrier’s tracking information. Once a package is marked as delivered, the order is considered complete

Incorrect Addresses – Delivered
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout and the package is delivered, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Addresses – Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. If a returned package is received back by us and we do not hear back from the customer within 7 days of our delivery attempt notification, the order may be refunded according to our return policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are returned to us as unclaimed or refused may be subject to re-shipping fees. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
